4.  Financial Management – Describes the cash flow for the year as well as a gross profit margin requirement.  It provides projections based on realistic and well positioned assumptions.  Contingency plans should speak to changing conditions in the marketplace.
5.  Operations – As an ongoing concern, the daily management of the business needs to be addressed. A review of the equipment needed and the production and delivery of products and services is necessary.
6.  Conclusion – Summarize business goals and the objectives to be achieved
