I.  “BUSINESS STRATEGIES THAT WORK” identifies and implements actions that will allow for your business to thrive, grow and reach its potential.
Overall Business Strategies must include a purpose, direction (issues and goals) and tactics to set benchmarks and program review criteria, in order to monitor results.  We include plans for Marketing, Products, Operations and Financial Issues.

Strategic Planning, which includes Marketing and Product Plans, will establish the direction of the business as well as the vision and mission to be accomplished.  Comparing the business to its industry peers establishes a baseline and the ability to judge performance while helping to offset negative contingencies.

Operationally and relative to human capital, a SWOT Study (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) is performed.  The business philosophy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are addressed as part of the Organizational Plan.

The Financial Plan is reviewed to establish a temperature check on the current condition of the company.  Sources and Uses of funds give a clearer picture of the business’s financial strengths and weaknesses and help in the creation of realistic assumptions and an improved pro forma.

Lastly findings are compiled, reviewed and analyzed in the context of growing your company.

II.  BUSINESS PLANS are a vital part of any organization.  They should be fluid and changes are to be made as conditions and growth warrant.

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PROFILING STUDY:

To provide context and prior to development of the Business Plan, we will work with you in completing a Business Solutions Profiling Study.  This study will be an in depth look at market served and planning that is in place.  The sales and marketing area will be thoroughly explored.  We will look at your target market, means by which you will attract clients and why the business would be chosen over competitors.  The competition will be addressed and a review of your systems, are matters that will be reviewed.  The ideas relevant to retaining good employees to include growth and development as well as benefits provided are an integral part of the plan.

The objective is to better know you and your business.  In today’s business environment of employee “musical chairs” at the commercial banks, this leads to the lack of continuity in how they treat their clients. We are there for you every step of the way.  It is our goal to assist you in making the right moves at the right time in support of your business.

Businesses, whether they be small businesses, government, non-profit or charitable organizations all operate based on systems.  The importance of discipline in an organization is to: promote appropriate behavior; create efficiency; and insure a peaceful environment with fairness and safety for all.  Discipline is required for any activity where people work together toward a common objective.  Any organization depends on group cooperation which cannot be achieved without discipline.

Organizational discipline entails following the rules and regulations of the company in an orderly and systematic manner.  One of the keys to a successful business is having employees work together and cooperate as a team to achieve the organizational vision and to accomplish the mission.  Having a successful business requires a strong leader at the helm and executives who can communicate the vision and goals of the business effectively to the staff.  We provide coaching and training to develop positive ways to achieve this.

The cornerstones of our professional philosophy are communication, motivation, team building, a positive work ethic, and a drive for excellence.
