C.  BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PROFILING STUDY:
To provide context and prior to development of the Business Plan, we will work with you in completing a Business Solutions Profiling Study.  This study will be an in depth look at market served, years under current management and planning that is in place.  The sales and marketing area will be thoroughly explored.  We will look at your target market, means by which you will attract clients and why the business would be chosen over competitors.  The competition will be addressed and a review of your systems, are matters that will be reviewed.  The ideas relevant to retaining good employees to include growth and development as well as benefits provided are an integral part of the plan.

We will discuss the financials, risk management and to some extent collection procedures.  All of which lead to the accomplishment of the goals that you have set for yourself and your business.
